How can I reset my cPanel password?

If you've lost your cPanel password or you're unable to login, you can easily reset it from your customer center with the instructions listed below. You'll need to make sure that you have access to your customer center in order to proceed with this.

1. Login to the customer center with your credentials, you can confirm that you're logged in by seeing "Hello, Name" in the top right of the page.
2. Click on "Services" from the top menu and then select "My Services" from the dropdown menu that appears.
3. You will now see a list of services under your account, locate your cPanel account and click on it's row in the table, this will send you to the product page
4. Click on "Change Password" from the Actions menu on the sidebar and fill out the form.

With the instructions above, you should be able to use reset your password. If you need to know which URL to use to login to your account, the easiest way is to simply add /cpanel to the end of your domain name. For example, if your domain name was my-site.com, you can navigate to my-site.com/cpanel and it will redirect you to your cPanel login page.
